JOSHUA "JOSH" FEYGIN, ESQ.
Joshua E. Feygin, Esq. leads the Consumer Protection division of Wagner & Associates with a particular focus on automobile dealer & repair facility fraud arising from fraudulent misrepresentations, odometer tampering, title branding fraud and negligent repairs.
As a first generation attorney born to political refugees from the former U.S.S.R., Joshua Feygin knows firsthand the difficulties experienced by immigrants in a foreign land. It is because of his experiences, Joshua has developed a everlasting commitment to vindicate the rights of consumers who have been taken advantage of through fraudulent or deceptive trade practices in Florida.
Throughout his life, Joshua developed a fondness for automotive mechanical repair work, often modifying and maintaining his own vehicles in his spare time as a hobby which quickly developed into a passion. Never one to stray far from his roots, Joshua has taken his familiarity with the automotive field and applied his legal acumen to help protect those who have been "taken for a ride" by a car dealership or repair facility.
Joshua also practices in the areas of real estate transactions and litigation and estate planning where he guides his clients with patience and confidence.
Prior to joining Wagner & Associates, Joshua was a full time residential real estate agent in the Sunny Isles, Hallandale, Aventura and Hollywood region. Joshua is a proud alumni of Florida International University, a member of the Russian American Bar Association, executive Board Member of the South Florida Chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), executive Board Member of The Hollywood Rotary Club and a member of the Realtor's Association.
